Three Distinct Phases of OC Living

To better tell the story of Ogden Commons, each phase of OC Living has been thoughtfully designed with its own identity—honoring the culture, movement, and history of North Lawndale.

THE BOULEVARD - NOW LEASING (PHASE 1)

The Boulevard is OC Living’s first completed building: a 92-unit residential community offering 90% affordable apartments and 10% market-rate apartments in Chicago.

Located at 1325 S. Washtenaw Ave., The Boulevard places residents just steps from the Ogden Commons commercial corridor, including Wintrust Bank, La Catedral Café & Restaurant, and Sinai Health System’s One Lawndale Express Care Clinic.

Inspired by historic Ogden Avenue, The Boulevard blends modern living with the character of one of Chicago’s original grand boulevards.

THE JUNCTION - SPRING 2026 (PHASE 2)

Coming in 2026, The Junction represents the next evolution of OC Living. Its name pays tribute to the three major intersections in North Lawndale, symbolizing connection, movement, and the neighborhood's unique rhythm.

The Junction will expand housing options while providing residents with access to the same walkable, community-driven environment that defines Ogden Commons.
